Following his high-profile split from ex wife Miley Cyrus in 2019, the actor enjoyed a brief romance with actress Maddison Brown before striking up a relationship with Brooks.
In recent years, Hemsworth has been pictured introducing Brooks to his parents Craig and Leonie in Bryon Bay, with the foursome enjoying lunch in the sun, and spending time on the beach together with friends.

She and Hemsworth recently took a trip to the county in southwest England. The first picture Brooks shared in the black and white trio shows her braving the sea with the caption: 'First swim of Spring :) it was freezing :)'
The next is a scenic coastal shot, and the final image is an arty portrait of Hemsworth driving a car, with what appears to be Corfe Castle (also in Dorset) visible in the background.

To celebrate Hemsworth's 32nd birthday on January 13, the model shared two black and white photos on Instagram.
In one snap Hemsworth stands topless on a lawned grass while looking into the camera. The model captioned the snap 'birthday boy', with a heart emoji.
In another, Brooks snuggles up to her beau while wearing a hooded jumper.
December 2021: Gabriella Brooks opens up about 'sacred' relationship with Liam Hemsworth
The 25-year-old model has spoken out about her relationship with the 31-year-old actor for the first times, reportedly describing to the Daily Telegraph's Stellar magazine, per the Daily Mail, that last year has been 'one of the greatest years of my life'.
'My personal relationship is very, very important and very sacred to me,' she added. 'And I feel like in an industry where so much is put out on show, there are some things you just want to keep to yourself
'I completely understand [the interest in her relationship]. But at the end of the day, I guess I just like having that for me.”
Discussing the actor's family, she added: 'But he’s great. They [the Hemsworths] are great. They are the most beautiful people and I’m very lucky to know them.'
The Daily Mail reports the couple have moved to Los Angeles after spending months in Australia.

The Hemsworth family celebrated Chris and Liam’s brother Luke’s 40th birthday over the weekend in Australia.
On Saturday November 7, the famous brothers threw what appeared to be a 1920s-themed shindig for their older sibling and were joined by their parents, as well as Chris’ wife Elsa Pataky and Liam’s girlfriend of almost a year, Gabriella Brooks.
‘Happy 40th birthday @hemsworthluke you big legend!!’ the Thor actor captioned a photo of the family on his Instagram account.
In one photo, which is the first of the pair on social media shared by a member of the Hemsworth family, Liam has his arm around his model girlfriend. The Hunger Games actor is dressed in black trousers, a white vest top and flat cap while his Aussie partner is dressed in a beaded mini dress and holding a cigarette holder.

Hemsworth was photographed cuddling up to his girlfriend of almost a year during a family breach trip in Byron Bay on Sunday October 4.
In photos taken of the pair, published by the Daily Mail, the couple look loved up as they watched Hemsworth’s brothers, Chris and Luke, play cricket on the sand.
The Mail reports the couple were also joined by Hemsworth’s dog, Dora, whom he previously owned with his ex-wife, Miley Cyrus.

Liam Hemsworth and Gabriella Brooks have been spotted enjoying yet another lunch with the actor's family during an outing in Byron Bay, Australia.
On Friday, Hemsworth and the model were photographed at the Roadhouse Café wearing matching white T-shirts while sat at lunch with the Hunger Games star's parents, Craig and Leonie.
The actor also took the opportunity to pose for a photograph with a fan named Ruby at the luncheon.
'When Ruby met Liam,' the Instagram account 'lawso37' captioned the sweet photograph.
The couple were later seen enjoying a day at the beach and swimming in the sea together.
February 2020: Liam Hemsworth and Gabriella Brooks dine out with friends
On Thursday, February 27, the actor was seen dining out with Brooks and their friends in Los Angeles.
The 30-year-old was photographed exiting The Ivy restaurant moments after the model left the eatery after enjoying some food with a group of friends.
Hemsworth wore a black T-shirt for the occasion while his rumoured new love interest wore a pair of high-waisted, light-wash denim jeans and a white vest top.
This is the first time the pair have been seen together since they were photographed kissing in Bryon Bay on the beach in January.

Liam Hemsworth and Gabriella Brooks’ romance appears to be going from strength-to-strength as they were spotted hugging outside a Los Angeles gym on Monday.
The actor wore a pair of black shorts and a green hoodie for their outing while the model wore a pair of light-coloured jeans, a white T-shirt and a cream-coloured jacket.
Their LA visit comes weeks after they were seen kissing on a beach in Australia amid rumours they were an item.
On Tuesday February 4, Brooks shared a photograph captioned ‘Puerto Escondido’ of an outdoor bath and a beach, suggesting she is now in Mexico. It’s unknown whether Hemsworth has joined his new love interest on the trip but, here’s hoping!
