Just when we thought the Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall drama was cooling off, another Sex And The City Star has turned the temperature back up.
Last week, SATC alumni Jason Lewis aka Smith Jerrod, placed himself firmly on the side of SJP.
The 52 year-old Footloose star said of Parker: 'Sarah was always just so lovely and such a consummate professional' and hinted towards his feelings towards 61 year-old Cattrall, 'I think that people should remember their graciousness and the things that have been given to them and I'm going to stop there because I've got nothing good to say.'
The two actresses have come to blows after British-born Cattrall repeatedly called Parker mean, both on Pier's Morgan's show last year, and in an Instagram post concerning the death of her brother.
Now it might look like Cynthia Nixon, who played Miranda in the SATC series and subsequent films, has made her allegiance public.
In an Instagram post yesterday, the 51 year-old actress and activist took to social media to post a pic of herself and Parker. Captioning the pic, 'Old friends ran into each other at a @tmagazine shoot today...miss you @sarahjessicaparker'
This means Nixon is at least remaining neutral in the situation, having publicly commented on Cattrall's Instagram recently and sending her condolences.
However fun the SATC beef gossip is, we must remember that Cattrall doesn't deserve to be ganged up on. Hopefully everyone will be able to let their issues go at some point.
