She's walked for Prada, Chanel and Fendi (to name but a few), fronted campaigns for Givenchy and Calvin Klein, and graced the covers of magazines worldwide, Lara Stone talks beauty, fitness, and the advice from her Mum she'll never forget.

I'm a matte lipstick person…

...and I love the L'Oreal Paris Matte Addictions (Scarlet Silhouette and Candy Stiletto, £6.99 each) because they have a beautifully soft texture, which doesn't dry out my already dry lips. In-between applications I'm constantly using Lanolips 101 Ointment, £10.99, to keep them hydrated.

As a blonde I swear by…

...colour enhancing shampoos (ELLE Loves Pureology Perfect 4 Platinum Shampoo, £16.50]) and try to avoid heat styling when I'm not working to give my hair a break. On those days, it's lucky if it gets a brush! I'm completely incapable of doing my own hair; it's usually a throw-it-up-ponytail situation.

I recently started getting back into…

...the whole workout thing. It's taken time but now I believe exercising is as beneficial to your physical as your mental health – it makes your mind so much clearer. I'm currently trying boxing, Pilates and personalised workouts with a trainer. I actually have a muscle now! Just the one, but still...

My first fragrance was…

...Gucci Envy Me [£55 for 50ml]. My Dad bought it for me in the airport and it reminds me of being young, and my first proper experience of beauty products. Now, I don't wear perfume so much.

My brows are a…

...really light shade and a bit gappy, so I always fill them in. It can be difficult to find colours that suit blondes, but the shades in L'Oreal Paris Brow Artist Genius Kit in Light/Medium, £9.99, are really natural-looking.

My mum always told me…

...that beauty comes from the inside. I'd say that's about the best beauty tip you can get.

I make a twice-yearly trip…

...to French pharmacies and stock up on all of my cult favourites. Boiron Homeoplasmine Cream, £9.99 is amazing for dry skin and I love Bioderma Sensibio H20 Micellar Water, £10.80, for gently taking off make-up.

I like to experiment with...

...my skincare and try new things. My sensitive skin currently loves L'Oreal Paris Fine Flowers Cleansing Cream, £7.99. It's super-moisturising and leaves your face feeling properly clean- like having a quick facial at home. I follow it with L'Oreal Paris Hydra Genius Liquid Care serum, £9.99- amazing for taking down redness.

My last meal on earth would be…

...an In-and-Out burger. They're worth the trip to LA alone!

If I could only wear one product for the rest of my life...

...it would be foundation. If you feel your skin looks good it just makes everything else look OK. I'm low maintenance, so I love L'Oreal Paris True Match Foundation, £9.99, because I can rely on it to last all day and give a really natural finish.
