At only three years old, North West is already a pro when it comes to accessorizing her outfits. Yesterday she appeared in New York carrying a miniature Louis Vuitton bag which would set you back about $1000.

We know what you're thinking. A three year old is carrying a chunk of my rent over her right arm. What is this madness?

Indeed, North West seems to have taken after her mother with her penchant for 'it' bags, carrying a velvet Fendi Baguette last week.

And before you go on a full-scale Kardashian rant, they aren't the only celebrity family letting their children carry expensive tiny bags.

So we have taken a look back over the last few years to find the best tiny children with tiny bags moments.

Suri Cruise

Before North West, Suri Cruise was the low-key reigning mini fashionista. Way back in 2010 Suri was carrying a tiny Ferragamo handbag whilst on holiday in Jamaica which matched the bag her mother, Katie Holmes, was carrying. She has also carried a tiny Dolce & Gabbana Miss Sicily Satchel which was darn cute, but also damn pricey.

Alia Wang

She sat on the FROW at uncle Alexander Wang's New York Fashion Week show last year with North West. Alia Wang is one of fashion's best dressed children, with lots of custom made items by her uncle, but also a lot of tiny handbags. This girl goes for big names, including Chanel and Balenciaga.

Zahara Jolie-Pitt

An unexpected entry perhaps? Brangelina's children always look relatively normal when pictured visiting the shops with their superstar parents. But then you remember the time that Zahara carried a matching, mini Valentino bag when out with Angelina, and you remember, these aren't normal kids.

Love it or hate it, there are two questions which come to mind immediately when you see a tiny child with a designer bag.

Is the matching mini bag look more for the child or the parent?

And what the hell do they actually carry in those bags? (We hope it's sweeties and not the latest iPhone)
