Next Saturday, all eyes will be on Pippa Middleton as she arrives at St Mark's Church in Berkshire to marry hedge-fund financier James Matthews, in front of a congregation that includes the likes of Prince William, Kate Middleton, Princess Charlotte, Prince George and, of course, Meghan Markle (who fortunately nabbed an invite to the big day, despite Pippa's 'no ring, no bring' guestlist policy).

However, while we'll no doubt be glued to our television screens trying to catch a glimpse of Kate and Meghan's wedding outfits, we'll also be on standby for the first look at the bride's stunning dress, rumoured to be created by British fashion designer, Giles Deacon.

While the bride – whose wedding might be gatecrashed by locals – hasn't confirmed any details about her dress, nor its designer, a source close to Deacon's team has reportedly let slip to E! News some key details with regards to her bespoke gown.

Described as being 'very simple, elegant and it's all handmade', the source reveals 'very few people have seen the finished thing'.

The source also added that Pippa has had her dress taken in a staggering five times over the last few months, rumoured to be as a result of her dramatic weight loss.

Pippa's former trainer Matt Roberts, who has worked with David and Samantha Cameron, recently told the Telegraph: 'I know she runs, swims, and does Pilates and gym work.' Sources say she and Kate work out in the gym at Kensington Palace, doing cardio, lunges, crunches, squats, planks and push ups.

'Getting ready for a wedding is very much like prepping for a triathlon or marathon. You have a clear time-line in mind, and the end date isn't moving anywhere, which is great for motivation,' he added.

Let the countdown to Pippa's day, commence!
