UPDATE 02/02/2017

Kim Kardashian heard our prayers, or must have read our article, because she has actually started a book club.

The beauty mogul, mother, and apparently, avid reader, announced on her Twitter account she has started a book club with our fave Chrissy Teigen and the superstar hairstylist Jen Atkin.

The reading list is already out.

It comes critically acclaimed (by Kim).

And, don't worry, it seems as though we are all invited.

All you need to do is get the book and read!

Kim K and Chrissy\'s fun frienship seems like the perfect springboard for a reading list

The Kardashian-Jenner clan get a lot of flak for being air heads.

Who knows why?

But somewhere between Kylie's sell-out lip-kits, which got her in last year's Forbes 30 under 30 list, and Kim's $45 Million app, we're over here getting slightly tempted to drink their kool-aid.

So far, we can do quite a lot to look like a Kardashian.

We can try a make-up by Mario tutorial.

Follow their diets.

Do their skincare routines.

Work-out like them.

Dress like them.

The list goes on and on and on and o- you get it.

But yesterday, Kim gave a rare plug for ..a book!

And it got us thinking, where the Kardashian book club at?

We want to think just like a Kardashian too. Sort of.

Sure we can read their various books, Kardashian Konfidential, Dollhouse: A Novel, Strong Looks Better Naked, Rebels: City of Indra, Time of the Twins: The Story of Lex and Livia, Selfish etc, (which we are konfident have much literary merit) but we want more.

Last year Khloe Kardashian actually made a summer reading list on her website.

Unfortunately we don't have a subscription yet, but according to InStyle, Koko said, 'I love every genre, from history to self-help, so I have to make sure that my book recommendations run the gamut. Here are the eight I'm starting off with this summer!'

The list included A Man Called Love by Fredrik Backman, Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World by Haruki Murakami, Take Me with You by Catherine Ryan Hyde, Yellow Crocus by Laila Ibrahim and Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins.

Obviously this family are super well-read, Kim is probably discussing Gandhi's biography in this picture.

So please Kardashians, give us a book club will you?
