Since the birth of her daughter Stormi Webster earlier this month, Kylie Jenner has kept her daughter's first weeks in the world relatively private.

And while you might be thinking it won't be long until the newborn appears on her family reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, it sounds like Travis Scott isn't going to let that happen any time soon.

A source close the rapper has reportedly told HollywoodLife that the 25-year-old hopes to shield his daughter from the limelight as much as possible, including Jenner's reality star lifestyle.

'Travis is happy that Stormi has so many advantages out of the gate being the daughter of two high-profile parents, but his wish is that she has as much of a normal life as possible in the celebrity bubble she is in,' the source revealed.

'That is why he would love for Stormi never to be on TV but he knows that the likelihood of that happening is pretty much impossible.'

However, Scott's love of privacy is reportedly not going down too well with his 20-year-old girlfriend who has built a career on sharing her life with millions of social media followers and her family's fame.

'Its something that is not causing friction with Kylie yet, but it's definitely been conversed about on many occasions because they both have different ideas of how they want to parent,' added the source.

'So time will tell if it reaches a boiling point. But as of right now Travis would love nothing more than to never see Stormi on camera anytime soon. He wants her to be a kid,' the insider continued.

Talk of Stormi's reality star future comes weeks after her mother shared an adorable picture of her little girl to Instagram, becoming the most 'liked' picture of all time.

The make-up mogul also shared a video of her pregnancy journey with her fans after keeping her pregnancy a secret until news of Stormi's birth.

Of course, Scott isn't the only family member who is less keen on the reality star world for their children.

Following Kim Kardashian's daughter North West's birth in 2013, Kanye West reportedly didn't want his children appearing on the E! show.

'He doesn't want North on display. He will be very happy when Kim is done with the show,' a source told Radar Online in 2014.

Who knows when we'll next see Stormi Webster.
