With less than four months to go until Prince Harry and Meghan Markle say 'I do' at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, the 36-year-old actress and her royal fiancé have already hinted their wish to break a few royal traditions.

For example, the pair have scheduled their wedding on a Saturday, whereas royal weddings are typically held during the week.

The couple are rumoured to have also opted for a modern twist on the tradition multi-tiered fruit cake for their reception, in preference of banana cake. And, while it's yet to be confirmed, it has been speculated Markle may choose her mother to walk her down the aisle.

However, we have a feeling that Meghan and Harry may stick to tradition when it comes to their wedding invitations.

Why?

Well, for the simple reason that the mailings are traditionally sent in the name of Queen Elizabeth II. And, for some reason, we have a feeling ol' Lizzie might not be too keen on a strippergram or confetti-exploding cards to invite guests to her grandson's big day.

A quick look at Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding invitations in 2011 and you'll see the invites were printed on a thick, eight-by-six inch white card.

Town and Country magazine explains the Queen's royal stamp sits at the top of the paper in gold, with the rest of the text printed in black.

Prince Andrew and Sarah Furguson's invitation was also quite similar.

However, Markle may want to have a role in printing the invitations. After all, the Suits star previously worked as a freelance calligrapher between acting jobs so knows a thing or two about beautiful penmanship.

On the invitation, the text will include the full name of Harry (Henry Charles Albert David) and Meghan (Rachel Meghan Markle), as well as the date and location of their nuptials.

Yes, that's right.

Meghan is, in fact, called Rachel just like her Suits character, paralegal Rachel Zane.

The newly-engaged couple's invites should be delivered to guests any day now, if the Duke and Duchess' of Cambridge's mail out dates are anything to go by.

In 2011, the pair's invites for their 29 April wedding were sent out in early February, with save-the-dates sent via fax in January.

All that remains now is to wonder who'll be bagging that coveted invite.
