As much as I appreciated them on the catwalk (appreciate being the most positive word I can muster on the subject), I'm downright praying that they're not going to catch on in the next three cities. After all, I've spent the last two years plying on brow serum and learning the craft of a bushy Cara-style brow.

Luckily for me and any fellow brow-lovers, the genius that is Val Garland is on our side. Backstage at Julien Macdonald Val told me that Julien had asked for a bleached brow look but she managed to sway him into a much more wearable, and less drastic option.
Val's tip - If you wear bold eyeshadow right up to the brow it almost blends right in, making it less of a statement and making the brows slip into the background of the look.

Well that sounds a helluva lot better to me. What's your stance on the bleached vs bushy debate? Tweet us @ELLEBEAUTYTEAM
