From Monday (20 Jan), Nike is hosting a week of free Nike Training Club sessions in London. Staying motivated is all about mixing up your routine and with a schedule that includes barrecore, yoga, dance and hula hooping these classes are bound to revive and inspire you to keep up your 2014 training plan. Plus, they’re likely to be a whole lot of fun.
