Today I am wearing: playsuit, Chanel shoes and a Valentino clutch.

When the first show of the day () starts an hour late, the complicated formula of many appointments and shows vs Milan traffic is more challenging than going to the loo in a playsuit. It took all morning to get back on schedule and we abandoned lunch to make all our 're-sees' (when we view the runway collection close up after the show).

But the sun shone from to and a full moon took over as we zipped across the city.
Highlights? The First ever runway show - a stylish, minimalist collection that the front row loved - Etro's colourful show based on the antique covered books (pic below) of Veronica Etro's grandmother and Versace's rocktastic playlist inspired by Donatella's Guns n Roses memories.

1. A sea of cushions at show. Everyone gets one to take home. There's also snacks and champagne. Thoughtful.

2. It's been a while since I have seen a pom-pom on a shoe. They came in black and pink at

3. After a show we go and see the collection in the designer’s show room to work out what we shoot in the magazine. The 're-see' is a Milan highlight. You want this spring/summer 2014 bag already don't you?

Today's front row trend? The white shirt - the six editors in a row wearing one was instagrammed many times!
