Anyone who has ever had the misfortune of receiving a celebrity perfume for Christmas (avec body lotion) will know that sometimes, stars should stick to what they're good at.

No offence to Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez, of course, but when you're a multimillionaire with Benjamin Button anti-aging genes and have the dance moves of Michael Jackson, you really don't need to put your name to a sickly sweet perfume or clothing line that only a distant Great-aunt thinks makes a good gift.

However, two celebrities who have actually put their notoriety, experience in fashion and model looks to good use are Kendall and Kylie Kenner, who have just dropped their limited-edition capsule collection, DropOne.

Yesterday, the reality star pair launched their latest collection from their eponymous collection, Kendall + Kylie, and we hate ourselves for saying it but, it's actually not that bad.

With rapper-turned fashion designer Kanye West as a brother-in-law – who just showed his latest Yeezy Season 5 collection at New York Fashion week – and a history of wearing questionable fashions including full sports tracksuits with heels, waist-trainers and nude, bodycon leotards to the supermarket, the thought of a new Jenner fashion collection did give us heart palpitations.

Please, no more nude!

However, on seeing the collection –including a high-waisted drawstring style trouser, coordinating jackets with metallic hoods, denim jeans with a safety pin clasp in lieu of a button, and a minimalist, corset-inspired top – we're happy to say we'd actually be willing to part with our cash for these pieces.

Of course, it helps the women posted a series of artistic images of their collection on their Instagram account.

The duo can be seen modeling the clothes in front of palm fronds at an über cool open-plan house, and now have us wanting to book a holiday to Ibiza and wear the entire collection while lazying around a luxury villa.

Unfortunately for the model and beauty mogul, their latest collection also features some Yeezy-inspired clear boots with a silver metallic-capped toe which are, categorically, the worst footwear for summer, a sweaty foot, blisters or anyone with fashion know-how.

Look, you can't have it all.
