Jean Paul Gaultier to auction selections from archive

By Emily Cronin

If Madonna’s latest tour has you wistful for the singer’s Blond Ambition days, have we got the auction for you.

Thirty years’ worth of Jean Paul Gaultier’s pointy, corseted designs are coming up for auction in Paris in mid-November, WWD reported.

The vintage sale, taking place on 12 November at Paris’s Drouot Richelieu auction house, also includes items from Chanel, Gianni Versace-era Versace and Azzedine Alaia.

In Paris and fancy a wander through this particular slice of fashion history? Lots will go on display to the public on 10 Nov.
