However, while we might currently be suffering from going cold-turkey from Taylor Swift right now, it appears she's getting her fix from her British beau, actor Joe Alwyn.

Yesterday, the 27-year-old and her London-born beau were spotted wearing black matching hoodies and attempting to avoid the paparazzi, while reportedly heading off to the gym, after spending time with Swift's friends Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively in Rhode Island.

Taylor wore black leggings, white trainers and a black backpack for her sporty outing, while her boyfriend opted for some grey jogging trousers, a red T-shirt and a khaki-coloured rucksack.

Unlike her previous high-profile relationships with the likes of Tom Hiddleston, Calvin Harris and Harry Styles, Swift's attempts to go under the radar clearly show she's wanting to keep her new relationship away from public scrutiny and the media's prying eyes as much as possible.

The pair's appearance in New York comes months after it was reported by numerous sources that the Grammy Award winner had been living, incognito for several months, renting a house in North London suburb, Crouch End, where Alwyn lives with his psycho-therapist mother and documentary-maker father.

While it was still unknown then the pair had kicked off their relationship, the 'Shake It Off' singer was spotted attending a preview screening of Alwyn's 2016 film Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk along with her mother, Andrea, as well as singers Este and Alana Haim at the ArcLight cinema in Hollywood last November.

We're glad to see Taylor keeping her (romance) cards close to her chest, this time round.
