Having recently spotted Gigi Hadid's real-life twin on Instagram, we've become quite addicted to finding celebrity twins.

But now the Internet is raving about a new celebrity dopplegänger and we must say, we don't really see it.

Over the weekend, a high school student in the US named April tweeted a photo from her senior book which has since gone viral thanks to the fact people think she's the spitting image of Mean Girls' Queen of Plastics, Regina George.

Perfectly straightened blonde locks. Check.

Blue eyes that could pierce straight through your soul. Double check.

However, despite her post being shared over 28,000 times with several Twitter users commenting their favourite Mean Girls quotes on the photograph, April doesn't see the resemblance.

'I'm surprised because I still don't really see the resemblance but I guess it resonated with a lot of people. It's kind of amusing actually,' she told E! News in April.

And it sounds like she modelled herself on Regina totally by accident on the day of her photo being taken.

'It's strange because I have naturally curly hair, but I decided to straighten it for the pictures, which caused me to look even more like her I guess,' she added.

I mean, we just hope she wore that pink top on a Wednesday because you know, 'thems the rules'.
