ELLE Exclusive: Lily Allen the star of ELLE's London Issue

For ELLE's London Issue, which celebrates everything from 25 years of London Fashion week to the city's hottest design talent, who better to star as cover girl than Lily Allen?
London's queen of pop opens up to The Spectator's editor Matthew d' Ancona about everything from fame, 'I find it odd when people say,"Can I have your autograph?"', to her boyfriend, painter and decorator Sam Cooper, and of course her look, 'I do all my own hair and make-up. [But] I never plan what I wear, not until about five minutes before I go on.'
She also talks candidly to ELLE TV about her weight, her style icons and even pal Kate Moss.
