Inspired by Lucian Freud's party-obsessed wife Lady Caroline Blackwood a member of the British Aristocracy who had a tendency to go off the rails, this look is beautifully dishevelled and totally covetable.
Tigi's Nick Irwin wanted to create partied/slept-on hairstyle which came to life via a mussed-up side parting and tonged, irregular waves. Tigi Curlesque Mousse was used on the roots before hair was dried and Tigi Catwalk Look Lock Hairspray and Catwalk Shine Spray set the hair after tonging.
The mani look is dubbed the 'Ruffian Extreme Look' a contrast of nude polish and a slick of bright painted onto nails free-hand with a small painter's brush. The nail range is available via Birchbox in the US but don't worry I'm drafting a petition to get in the UK, stat!
