So a few lessons and...hmmm Im still not totally converted. Dont get me wrong, its definitely the best, most do-able form of exercise I have found for me but its just that, well its exercise and the two of us dont go together very well. Im going to be totally honest here (just to prove how useless I am when it comes to exercise), in my first class I experienced the following: dizzyness, blurred vision, ear ache and a runny nose. And that doesnt even begin to describe what my body was feeling. But I think, I think all that might just have been worth the sense of elation I felt afterwards having got through the class. So I am persevering and carrying on and hoping that that feeling of triumph will gradually take over and Ill actually start to enjoy it. My teacher has the patience of a saint and is full of encouragement and positivity, so if theres anyone who can help me out, its her. Hey, I can but hope.
