Its a beautiful sunny day and love is in the air. At a launch last week I rediscovered YSLs brilliant Perfect Touch foundation, £31, which I had quite forgotten how much I love (its a bit of a beauty editors dilemma, having so many new products to try once you finish one product its on to the next and the one youd been trying and loving, slips out of your mind). So anyway back to Perfect Touch and the reasons its so good. Firstly the in-built brush applicator is a dream to use and helps blend the product seamlessly on to skin, plus its so compact. The formula itself is sheer enough to not look in the slightest bit cakey but gives enough coverage to hide broken veins and even out skin tone. Finally the faint smell (its very subtle) reminds me of watermelons and what could be more evocative of hot summer days? Jadore.
