Julia Restoin Roitfeld to be face of Lancome?

Rumours are flying this afternoon that style icon and sometime model Julia Restoin-Roitfeld is set to be the next face of Lancome and that she has already been photographed for the spring/summer 2011 campaign.

Julia, daughter of French Vogue Editor Carine, has apparently got the campaign shots in the bag, having been shot by star photgrapher Mario Testino. We don't know yet whether current face Julia Roberts will still be modelling for the brand or whether they have swapped the 43 year old actress for a younger model.

The spring/summer collection, entitled Ultra-Lavande, will apparently be used at both Victoria Beckham's s/s 11 presentation and L'Wren Scott's s/s 11 show in the coming months, so at least we'll be able to get a sneak peek of the products, if not the campaign.
