Jennifer Aniston, well known for her toned figure, as well as her amazing tresses, is launching a Yoga DVD this week.

The Friends star is helping her instructor and friend Mandy Ingber launch a yoga DVD Yogalosophy, at the Sunset Towers hotel in LA this Thursday.

Jennifer has filmed an introduction for the DVD and says Mandy has brought yoga into my life. This workout will change your body and your mind. Were not sure we want to change our mind, but we definitely want Anistons toned figure...

The DVD is inspired by a yoga feature Aniston and Ingber did for American magazine Self in 2006. Courtney Cox, Anistons best gal pal, and Self Editor-in-Chief Lucy Danziger are expected to be at the party hosted by Self magazine.

But whats next for Aniston? Maybe she'll pair up with her hairdresser Chris McMillan to launch a haircare line? The hair and the body... now that wouldn't be bad.
