Luxury athletic wear brand Lucas Hugh's autumn/winter 2014 collection is dropping in to stores and online next week, and I predict a sell out.

There are two themes running through the new collection - the first is the shape. Inspired by baseball there are oversize T-shirts with panelling and mesh shorts, as well as the brilliant compression leggings reinvented each season.

Then there are the printed pieces. I can say I'm as impressed with the print as I am in love it. You see, Lucas Hugh's founder Anjhe Mules doesn't just create prints you really want to wear, each has a story. For instance in 2013 Mules masterminded a print from a photo of the Mars Rover, before it went into space. Sounds mad, but it really worked. This season, the print comes from microscopic images of the vitamin C molecule. Genius.

The print is desireable enough that I can guarantee you'll want to wear the Vitascope Print T-shirt, £180 (top left), with skinny jeans and heels, as much as you'll want to wear it down the gym.

Pre-order the collection now at lucashugh.com or snap it up at Avenue32 from next week.
