The move: Lateral jumps

This is a great exercise if you're involved in sport that requires sprinting, jumping and quick changes of direction because it's a full body workout. Try and land as lightly as possible, which will use the muscles in your legs and ankles. 

The difficulty level: It's quite a natural move, so the difficulty level isn't very high. Focus on your technique.
