What we couldn't have anticipated is a the hair-ification of the friendship bracelet, which Emily in Paris star Ashley Park debuted for the British Fashion Awards last night.

The actress and singer took to last night's BFAs, which were held at London's Royal Albert Hall, with a set of cascading luxe waves adorned in Pandora charms. The artist behind this accessorised 'do? Celebrity hairstylist Ken O’Rouke, who kindly broke down the look step-by-step.

'We added some extra hair to give [Ashley] more length, which I then blow dried out with the Sam McKnight Cool Girl Spray,' he explained. 'This is great for adding texture and grit to the hair before styling.'

Next stop, texture. 'I took a tong and added curls and waves through the hair, taking different size sections and curling in different directions to give a luxe but undone feel. I then back combed the crown and applied the Sam McKnight Easy Up Do, before taking a section from both side, braiding them and securing at the back beneath the crown. Then, I braided a few micro sections and sewed in Pandora charms so that they hit the light and added a hint of glitz as Ashley moved her hair.'
