Only Rihanna could make us want to experiment with black lipstick, body shimmer and, now, purple everything.
The latter is thanks to her first ever Fenty Beauty tutorial which was just released, where the unapologetic star demonstrates her take on 'holiday' beauty using the brand’s new Chill Owt collection.
Rihanna explains this will be her go-to winter holiday look, because it works for the big chill and party season. 'It’s icy, it’s frozen, it’s also really sparkly and beautiful and celebratory.'
Being Rihanna, she doesn’t do the look by halves. First, she demoes the Killawatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter Palette (£42) which she uses as much as an eye shadow as she does a highlight. 'You can use it on your cheeks, you can use it on your eyes, you can use it on your body – there’s so many different ways, it’s such a flexible product,' the entertainer-cum-entrepreneur explains.
She even takes some shimmer onto her ears, 'to give that life'. The life, perhaps, the rest of us are missing?
After acing her icy eyes and highlights, she showcases the new Snow Nights lip trio (£32) in the collection, choosing an iridescent purple (No Chill) to marry the look together.
Naturally, she totally owns it, but not only are Rihanna's make-up skills superb, so is her commentary.
