With her eerily similar silvery blonde bob and anime-esque doe eyes, it's not surprising that actress Lucy Boynton's muse for awards season has seemingly been 60s supermodel Twiggy.

Whether it's her Chanel-esque caramel cut crease at the Golden Globes (created using Chanel make-up of course), or OTT exaggerated silver glitter lashes at the Los Angeles Online Film Critics Society Awards, Lucy Boynton is all about taking classic Twiggy make-up looks and giving them a 2019 twist.

Her latest ode to the legendary model? Floating black eyeliner courtesy of make-up artist Jo Baker. The woman behind Boynton's other go-go girl red carpet looks, Baker revealed that her inspiration for the SAG awards look was, 'minimalist precision punk'.

The genius take on a classic cut crease referenced 'strong, clean, powerful, black lines' with super long dramatic lashes and a single graphic line of black liner floating above Boynton's lids.

'I love Lucy's eyes so much,' Baker told Allure. 'She has the most magical natural lashes, so playing up her eyes is always my priority.'

The London-based make-up artist, who also works with the likes of Paris Jackson and Emmy Rossum, used a black Chanel eyeliner and Victoria's Secret Major Mascara to achieve Boynton's wide-eyed look.

Baker finished the look with brushed up feather brows courtesy of Sisley Phyto Sourcils Fix brow gel and a blurred velvet berry lip that perfectly complemented Boynton's gothic romantic Erdem dress.
