If you didn't think it was possible find style inspiration in doing the washing up, then you haven't seen Calvin Klein's latest accessory. The New York Fashion Week designer is now selling colourful rubber gloves – which don't look dissimilar to your trusty Marigolds – for £385.
The gloves were first seen on the catwalk back in September as part of the house's spring/summer 2018 collection, the second that was designed by Calvin Klein's new creative director, Raf Simons.
Made of 100 per cent synthetic rubber and coming to elbow length, you would be forgiven for thinking that they belong hanging by your kitchen sink, that is if it wasn't for the Calvin Klein logo and the writing on the cuff. They also, unfortunately, do not come in yellow.
Although on their own they may resemble a household accessory, when styled on the catwalk, the gloves actually looked far more chic than you would expect. They were seen alongside a latex rubber pencil skirt, a matching top and the brand's cult heels.
