Amal Clooney stepped out looking effortlessly chic, but also painfully cool last night in Los Angeles.
On the arm of her husband George Clooney, the 41-year-old human rights barrister headed out for the premiere of his latest on-screen exploit, a mini-series called Catch-22.
For the event, which took place at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, Clooney chose a deep green, one-shouldered, pre-Fall 2019 silk taffeta Oscar de la Renta mini dress.
With that big bow detail on the shoulder, plus the stiff, ruched taffeta material and the asymmetrical waist, Clooney's look had a distinctly 80s vibe.
Steering clear of that decade's pink/perm/plastics that could have cheapened the outfit, she opted for a see-through court, simple black clutch and teased out waves in a side parting, making for an effortlessly glam effect.
