Dua Lipa has made us do a double take this morning, as a recent outing proves she could easily pass for Kendall Jenner's twin.
On Thursday, the 24-year-old was seen in Greenwich, New York City leaving a recording studio sporting newly-dyed brown hair after months of rainbow colours during lockdown.
For the outing, the ‘Don’t Stop Now’ singer – who is currently in a relationship with Anwar Hadid – wore a white cut-out bodysuit tucked into a pair of low-rise black trousers with a silver chain buckle, black strappy heeled sandals and a black face mask.
The outfit and hair colour was almost identical to those we've seen Jenner sport over the years. The catwalk star is known for her laidback, 1990s-inspired fashion style and dark-coloured 'lob'.
The singer and model have a lot in common. Jenner is a close friend of the Hadid family and even enjoyed a rumoured romance with Dua's now-boyfriend back in 2018.
Earlier this week, the singer shared a throwback photograph of herself in a black corset with black hair with the caption: ‘Should I bring her back?’ The post suggested that she was considering dyeing her hair back to its natural dark tones.
Following a visit to the hair salon on Thursday, the singer shared a series of photos of her new hair colour on her Instagram account with the caption: ‘Back by popular demand.’
Dua and Anwar flew to the US last week after spending months in quarantine in London, UK during the coronavirus pandemic. During their time in London, the model helped to dye his girlfriend’s hair red, orange and peach tones.
After reuniting with Anwar’s family in Pennsylvania, which involved catching up with Bella and a pregnant Gigi Hadid, Dua was seen walking through New York City with her boyfriend’s mother, Yolanda Hadid, on Wednesday.
The couple’s stateside visit marks the first time they have seen Gigi since she announced her pregnancy in April.
Earlier this week, Gigi took to an Instagram Live and discussed her low key pregnancy.
Showing off her pregnancy bump in a green and white checked shirt from Holiday she told her fans: 'Obviously, I think a lot of people are confused why I'm not sharing more, but, like, I'm pregnant through a pandemic, like, obviously, my pregnancy is not the most important thing going on in the world.’
She later added: ‘I have been taking a lot of pictures of my bump and sending it to friends and family, and it's been really cute and exciting, and I'm trying to document it well, because I've heard a lot of people say, obviously, "Make sure you don't miss it”.
'And I will be sharing stuff like that in the future. I just am not rushed to do it, and I feel like right now I just want to experience it … I just don't want to worry about waking up every day during my pregnancy and, like, worry about having to, like, look cute or post something. … A lot of your questions are about that, and I just wanted to do that.'
