Hollywood’s biggest night was filled to the brim with amazing highlights, including Rihanna's performance of 'Lift Me Up,' Ke Huy Quan's heartwarming Best Supporting Actor winner's speech, and Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's general love fest on the red carpet lol.

Lady Gaga also had a number of moments throughout the night, including the bit when she rushed to help a photographer who fell down on the red carpet, plus her I-C-O-N-I-C lewks at the ceremony.

First, the singer wore a gown straight off the Versace runway that looked *chef's kiss* before switching into a pared down jeans and a T-shirt during her performance of 'Hold My Hand.' But some viewers might not realise that she then changed into a third look. For Oscars fashion round #3, Gaga wore a stunning sleeveless black lace dress that was beautifully showcased thanks to her elegant updo.

The musician's song,'"Hold My Hand,' was up for Best Original Song this evening, and she had this to say about it when she first got the Oscar nomination:

"Thank you so much to the Academy for nominating my song 'Hold My Hand' for an Oscar this year! Writing this song for the film Top Gun: Maverick was a deep and powerful experience that I will never forget. So grateful for the magic of music and cinema. Love you my co-writer @bloodpop I’m on set filming now big love to little monsters! 🃏," read the caption.

Despite the accolades, this whole evening was low-key close to not happening—the more you know! Turns out, Lady Gaga was actually planning on skipping the show due to her filming schedule for Joker: Folie à Deux. Just a few days ago, Oscars executive producer and showrunner Glenn Weiss dished to Variety that Gaga wouldn’t attend the 2023 Oscars. "We have a great relationship with Lady Gaga and her camp. She is in the middle of shooting a movie right now," he said. "It didn’t feel like she can get a performance to the caliber that we’re used to with her and that she is used to. So she is not going to perform on the show."
