It's an Ab Fab Christmas with Stella

The winter tradition, previously helmed by Catherine Tate, The Mighty Boosh boys and Peter Kay, turned into an informal follow-up to McCartney’s win at the British Fashion Awards on Monday night.

Kate Moss, Alexa Chung, Jade Williams (AKA Sunday Girl), Emma Bunton, Pam Hogg and other friends of the designer snacked on roasted chestnuts and mulled wine as they waited for ‘Eddie’ to flip the switch.

Saunders-as-Eddie did the honours clad in next-season Stella. ‘Stella has resisted me wearing any of her clothes for many years now,’ she joked. ‘I don't quite know why, but look at me.... I am a walking mannequin!’

Patsy and Edina will return to British screens to celebrate the show’s 20th anniversary with three special episodes. Proving that the show remains just as captivating now as it was during its ‘90s heyday, celebrities and fashion types have jostled for a place in the revival.
