Baptiste Giabiconi is releasing a single!

Not content with being Karl Lagerfeld's chief muse and right-hand man, Baptiste Giabiconi is branching out on his own. That's right, he is the latest model/actor to try his hand in the world of music.

We already knew Baptiste had musical talent - he sang at the after party for Chanel's Shanghai show at the end of last year. Now he is releasing a single, entitled 'Showtime' in his native France. You can hear a clip below - it's a dance number and it has some pretty heavyweight credentials. Not only is Karl Lagerfeld, naturally, a fan, the track has been re-mixed by none other than 50 Cent.

We're keeping our fingers crossed that Baptiste will be taking to the microphone at a Chanel show soon.
