Richard Nicoll toughens up

With Angie Bowie as muse we were treated to a tailored and grown-up take on sportswear with influences from both the 40s and 70s.

Floor-length pleated organza frills, transparent silk chiffon and body-con leather moulded in to a sexy monochrome silhouette. The sports jacket was reinvented as snug-fitting in suede, ruffs created a new neckline and boucle wool pencil skirts were ramped up with bustiers. We even saw PVC treated with love and transformed as desirable. Again Nicoll surpasses already supersonic expectations.
