ELLE talks to Jessica Hart

Given that she looked so good we couldn't help but feel a bit jealous when Jessica Hart told us that she's only had two and a half hours sleep the night before. 'My fitting finished at midnight,' she said, 'and then I met some friends who are in from Australia so I felt like I had to entertain and then I had a really early call time because I did Louise Gray this morning.' We wish that we like her after such little sleep.

We bumped into the model and ELLE style crush after the Emilio de la Morena show which she walked in. 'It was so beautiful, the hair and the make-up, I didn’t even take it off. I was like, I wish I didn’t have to do another show and could just rock it. So stunning, everything just fits on us so perfectly and looks so good I felt so good in it, I really loved the stuff.'

So what are her essentials for surviving fashion week? 'Water I guess, and caffeine, lots of caffeine.' We couldn't agree more.
