River Island designs shoes for Selfridges

A far as we're concerned the unveiling of Selfridges' Shoe Galleries next month is set to be the shopping moment of the year. Thanks to the convenient location of ELLE headquarters we are going to be two minutes walk away from the world's largest shoe emporium, which is very good news for our wardrobes and not so promising for our bank balances.

As the much-anticipated day draws near, more details are emerging about what will be on offer, and River Island has just revealed that it has created an exclusive shoe collection for the London department store.

The high street brand is currently not stocked in Selfridges but, come 16 September, it will open its first ever footwear concession. You'll be able to snap up a clutch of exclusive designs, from right-on-trend clog boots to cool court shoes. Prices will range from £50 -£140.
