Estrella Archs leaves Ungaro

The plot thickens. On Monday we told you that Giles Deacon had been spotted having luch with the heads of Emanuel Ungaro, fueling speculation that he may take up a role at the struggling label. And now Estrella Archs, the current Creative Director, has left the company.

In a statement Archs said that 'irreconcilable differences related to the creative direction of the brand' are responsible for her decision to quit. She has been at the helm for just two seasons, the first of which saw Lindsay Lohan by her side.

Ungaro has said that it will name a successor to Archs in due course - will it be Giles?
