Rodriguez was back at the official home of New York fashion week last night, filling a 9pm slot. And for his return he showed a fierce collection.

Bandage dresses with zips and cut out or criss-cross details, figure hugging knits, space age prints and pops of bright colour contrasted with black, all spanned the last three decades in fashion referencing everything from eighties pop, to nineties minimalism, to the strong sharp silhouette that is starting to define the late noughties.
