Yes, we can reveal from early reviews that Confessions Of A Shopaholic, the hugely anticipated movie version of Brit author Sophie Kinsella's novel, starring Isla Fisher and costume designed by the inimitable Field is.... very good. Let's collectively breathe a sigh of relief. Isla is fast becoming one of our latest fashion and dare we say, life crushes - who wouldn't want to be a cute redhead with a great comedy acting niche, funniest man in the world as your fiance, and get to be styled by Pat Field. Playing a New Yorker who has a car crash of a relationship between her credit cards, wardrobe and fashion stores, Isla got to wear Todd Oldham, vintage Gucci, Prada and Vivienne Westwood. The film opens 20th February.

And arriving fashionably late, is, quite aptly, Isla's fiance Sacha Baron Cohen's latest film, the improbably titled fashion spoof, Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Males Visibly Uncomfortable in the Presence of a Gay Foreigner in a Mesh T-Shirt. We may have to wait a little longer for this comedic opus about an Austrian gay fashionista which was set to open 15th May, but has now moved back to July. It's a shame, but his mischevious antics at Stella McCartney and Agatha Ruiz de la Prada's shows last year are still all too acutely ingrained on our brains...
