Katie Holmes for Miu Miu. The ads have arrived

Shot by Mert and Marcus (who also photographed Victoria Beckham for Emporio Armani) this is Katie's first time fronting a major fashion campaign.

For spring/summer 2009 the ads are, Miu Miu tell us, a Fellini-esque chaotic excess, and continue to explore the complex personality of women.

Katie follows in the footsteps of several other Hollywood stars including Kim Basinger, Lindsay Lohan and Vanessa Paradis who have all posed as the Miu Miu woman in previous seasons.
