The New York Times and several other outlets are reporting that Harvey Weinstein will be charged with a sex crime and will surrender Friday, per sources close to the Manhattan district attorney office. According to TMZ, at least one woman, Lucia Stoller Evans, is the alleged victim in the case and claimed that Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him in 2004. She also came forward to the New Yorker with her story for its investigation on Weinstein.

Weinstein is currently in Malibu, and TMZ obtained a photo of him out at a restaurant today. The outlet reports that arrangements are being made for surrender, expected to take place tomorrow.

When asked for comment by ELLE.com, a spokesperson from the Manhattan D.A.'s communications office said there’s no information they can provide at this time.

More than fifty women have come forward with allegations against Harvey Weinstein, since The New York Times and The New Yorker each published their industry-shattering investigations into his alleged history of sexual misconduct this past fall, though it's unclear at this point if any besides Evans are included in the Manhattan D.A.'s case. The allegations against Weinstein include sexual assault, harassment and unwanted advances, and date back over the past three decades.
