It's the day of both and husband Jay-Z’s birthdays, the couple married on the fourth of April (the fourth month), have the number on their fourth finger, have songs and albums featuring the number and hid the roman numeral in their eldest daughter, Blue Ivy’s name.
So, with the pair’s continued reiteration of their favourite number, there’s really no excuse to forget Queen Bey’s birthday was yesterday (the fourth).
Proving that her icon status is hallowed by all, fellow celebrities took to social media to bow down to Bey on her special day.
Proving they all worship at the alter of B, the likes of Naomi Campbell, Missy Elliott and Laverne Cox pledged their allegiance on Twitter.
The most moving tribute came from her own mother, Tina Lawson, who posted a throwback picture of her daughter on Instagram, writing, ' I made a vow to love and cherish you everyday . For the rest of my life ! Sometimes i can’t believe out of all the incredible people in the world i was chosen by God to be your mom❤️!'
We imagine Beyoncé greatly appreciated the well wishes whilst she is, no-doubt, looking after the twins, writing a new album, cooking up triplets and probably also filming a music video in space.
