Prince William, who celebrates his 36th birthday today, let the public know the great lengths it takes to be considered cool by Prince George at a charity event for the Defense and National Rehab Centre earlier. William is a patron of the organization and explained that his work for it once really impressed his oldest child. But only once.
“Along the way I have demolished a building–George was at an age at the time that he loved seeing the digger in action, so it did my street cred as a father the world of good,” he said, per Entertainment Tonight. William's use of the past tense subtly suggests that George, now a mature 4-going-on-5 next month, is no longer that wowed by his dad destroying buildings with construction trucks.
Truth is, the dad of three knows his way around all sorts of motorized equipment.
