After a few weeks off from official royal duties, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are returning to work with a pretty fun engagement.

Next week, on Wednesday 29 August, Harry and Meghan will attend a gala performance of the hit musical Hamilton in London.

The performance will be raising funds for Prince Harry's charity Sentebale, which helps children and young people affected by HIV in southern Africa.

The couple will meet representatives from the charity, some of whom attended their royal wedding in May, as well as cast members from the hip-hop musical, which has been showing in London since October.

After the show, which tells the life story of US founding father Alexander Hamilton, Prince Harry and Hamilton's creator Lin-Manuel Miranda will address the audience.

However, it won't be the first time Meghan has seen the Olivier, Tony and Grammy-winning show. Before deleting her social media accounts after announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, Meghan had shared a picture on Instagram of her with good friend Priyanka Chopra clutching the show's programme after watching it on Broadway in New York City.

After their summer holidays, which they reportedly spent some of at Balmoral with the Queen, we can likely expect to see the busy newlyweds at a number of events before Christmas. One of which is confirmed to be at the Well Child Awards on the 4 September while there is also a rumoured exhibition in the works which could display Meghan's stunning Givenchy wedding dress at Windsor Castle.
