Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just welcomed their third child Chicago West at the beginning of this year. But shortly after Chicago’s birth in January, reports surfaced that Kimye was considering asking their surrogate to carry another child for them. Kardashian shot them down, calling the story 'fake news.' In March, Kardashian told ELLE US for its April issue that she would consider having one last child—and now Us Weekly is reporting it’s about to happen.

Multiple sources have told the outlet that Kardashian and West are planning to have their 'last embryo' implanted into a gestational carrier 'soon.' The sex of that embryo, by the way, is male, one source said, so the final Kimye baby would be a brother for Saint West and his sisters North and Chicago.

Kardashian used a surrogate for Chicago after doctors warned her any additional natural pregnancies could be potentially life-threatening for her since she suffered from placenta accreta during her deliveries of North and Saint.

In her spring interview with ELLE, she was torn on whether she wanted another child. 'I dunno,' she said then with a sigh. 'My home and my heart feel really full right now, in the best way.' Baby #4 would be the final one: 'I don't think I could handle more than that,' she said. 'My time is spread really thin. And I think it's important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids.'
