Back in June, multiple sources told Us Weekly that Khloé Kardashian will formally address the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal on her family's reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. And, as expected, the family has made it a storyline in the second half of season 15. A mid-season teaser shows Khloé and the family's initial reaction to the videos of Tristan allegedly cheating leaking, along with Khloé's dramatic labour—the one that happened days after the scandal broke in the news.
"The things I can control I have to be able to control," Khloé said at one moment of the trailer, presumably in response to the scandal breaking while she's still pregnant. In the final seconds, a glimpse of her in labour in the hospital, fretting about her family not being there was shown—your assurance there is very much more to come.
Back in June, a source told Us that it wasn't clear how much of the scandal would make it in the series versus be kept private. “It will definitely be brought up, but they don’t know how much," one source close to the family said. "They can film hours about it, but in the end, Khloé is one of the executive producers and will have final say on what actually makes air.”
