Hailey Baldwin’s uncle, Billy Baldwin (A.K.A Serena van der Woodsen’s dad in Gossip Girl) has said he's totally game for raffling off tickets to his niece and her fiancé Justin Bieber’s upcoming nuptials.

The second youngest of the four Baldwin brothers, Alec, Daniel, William (Billy) and Stephen (Hailey’s father), he told reporters about his involvement in the famous young couple’s upcoming wedding.

In footage obtained by TMZ, the Insatiable star quipped that the wedding is so hotly anticipated, he could make a bunch of money *for charity* if he raffled off his plus one.

The actor joked, ‘Be Billy Baldwin's date to the Bieber/Baldwin wedding. How much money could I raise for a kicka** charity? If we sold $20 raffle tickets, I'd make $20 million dollars worldwide with all their fans.’

Though we know he is joking and he definitely shouldn’t do this, we are absolutely still game.

Joking aside, Billy did note that he approved of the couple, telling the paparazzi he likes Bieber.

'I've had a chance to hang out with him recently and he's a really cool guy. It was nice to sit for a couple of hours and have a conversation with him. He's a very cool guy, super talented, and he's got a huge heart. They're madly in love with each other.'

This somewhat confirms, however, that the 21 and 24 year-old are yet to be officially married, despite rumours swirling they are already legally married, which were only helped by the Canadian crooner introducing his model beau as his 'wife' a few days ago.
