As indicated yesterday, Brett Kavanaugh has officially been confirmed as a Supreme Court Justice, following a 50-48 vote this afternoon. Despite the brave testimony of Christine Blasey Ford and protests of groups across the nation, Kavanaugh joins the highest court of the land and replaces retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.
