Following a swanky babymoon in Italy, Pippa Middleton and husband James Matthews are close to welcoming their first child. The couple was spotted arriving at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital on Tuesday, just ahead of Pippa's due date reportedly in October. This is also the same hospital where sister Kate Middleton welcomed her three children with Prince William.

According to Harper's Bazaar, Pippa arrived around 6:30 p.m. wearing a dark coat and carrying a tote bag. Accompanied by Matthews, the two were seen leaving the hospital about an hour later.

Middleton has been pretty private about her pregnancy. In a fitness column for British magazine Waitrose Weekend, Pippa confirmed she was expecting. 'When I learned the happy news that I was pregnant, I realised I needed to adjust my normal 4-to-5-day-a-week routine and find a way of continuing my exercise safely throughout the three trimesters,' she wrote.

But the younger Middleton sister hasn't share much since, and has even gone the Kate Middleton route by not knowing the baby's gender.
