Cardi B is 26, okurrrrrt! The rapper celebrated her birthday in a big way this weekend, with lavish gifts from husband Offset and a wild vodka-themed surprise party.
According to People, Offset lured Cardi with "birthday dinner" plans that ended up being a surprise bash. "Hubbs told me that he was gonna take me out to dinner and I appreciate the surprise birthday party and all that but I’m fucking hungry right now,” she said in a video posted on Instagram stories.
In a post, Cardi shared the exact moment she was surprised by guests. "The fact that i avoided eating dinner last night cause babe said we was going to a romantic dinner then BOOM!! 😩😩😩," she wrote. "Thank you everybody that showed up to my surprise bday party !It was Soo beautiful Thank you babe for the surprise and everybody who was involved!"
The rapper, who wore a colourful Moschino outfit, stood out among guests instructed to wear all black. Celebs in attendance were Kourtney Kardashian, Larsa Pippen, G-Eazy, Tiffany Haddish, Jeremy Scott, Tyga, and Offset’s fellow Migos rappers, Quavo and Takeoff.
E! reports that party-goers sipped on Cardi-themed drinks with names like "Bardi Martini", "Black Rose," "#26" and of course, "Okurrr", and sat on couches with Cardi's logo.
Gifts were nothing short of lavish. Offset presented his wife with a massive diamond necklace and matching bracelet. "Made up of approximately 150 round brilliant 1/2 carat diamonds," the charms spell out KULTURE, in honour of the couple's baby girl. Cardi showed off the sparkly hardware on Instagram, writing, "Thanks hubby @offsetyrn for my necklace and bracelet !I looveee it ! KULTURE!Thank you @pristine_jewelers@pristine_jewelers_ for helping hubby out .Thank you @qcmceo_p @coachk44 for my new watch i love it ! ❤️❤️❤️IM SO THANKFUL SOOO GRATEFUL!"
Posing for photos, Cardi clutched a gigantic bouquet of six dozen red roses from Butterfly floral.
