Just weeks after Beyoncé's Ivy Park business partner Topshop chairman Philip Green was accused of sexual harassment, Beyoncé has purchased Green's share of the athleisure line to become full owner of Ivy Park, according to the BBC.

The brand released a statement Thursday stating that, "After discussions of almost a year, [Beyoncé's] Parkwood has acquired 100 percent of the Ivy Park brand." Beyoncé previously owned 50 percent of the company, with Green owning the remaining half.

Per BBC's report, Green 'categorically and wholly' denies the allegations made against him, which include sexual misconduct and racial abuse. Green was initially accused by a member of British Parliament and had previously obtained a court order preventing media outlets from reporting on the allegations.

Yasmeen Hassan, from the campaign group Equality Now, said: “Beyoncé has put herself forward as a women’s rights activist. She and her team need to look closely at these allegations.”
